Fernan Garoa scored 1-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidoro Rio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bello Cura made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Garrapatita Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Bello Cura came free, but Hermengildo Jaume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Bello Cura took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Hermengildo Jaume to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Garrapatita Futbol's Hermengildo Jaume got control of the ball when Bello Cura tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernan Garoa kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Argentinean Patriots 1816's Hermengildo Jaume threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bello Cura, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Isidoro Rio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alan Turin's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Isidoro Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Garoa in the 74th minute of the match. Hermengildo Jaume made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gualterio Daunte in the 75th minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Bello Cura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentinean Patriots 1816's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bello Cura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Garrapatita Futbol's Alfredo Gorri was substituted for Alan Turin. Hermengildo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bello Cura, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Gorri in the 82nd minute of play forced Argentinean Patriots 1816's goalkeeper Isidoro Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Argentinean Patriots 1816's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Gorri came free, but Isidoro Rio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
