C.'s Intxixu Porregimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ross Strong in the 8th minute of play. Germano Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Veronica having to interfere. Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Pernambucano in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Germano Pernambucano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Inocencio Veronica was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inocencio Veronica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Ikatz got free with Intxixu Porregimon in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexilhão F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nico Veit was slow to take the kick. During this time Rafaela FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Nico Veit almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexilhão F. C.'s Intxixu Porregimon did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Romero in the 26th minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Veronica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Veronica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anaia Barba, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The wind increased when Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio made the kick off in the second half. Intxixu Porregimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Ikatz in the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Rafaela FC booed when Mexilhão F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Rafaela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Guillerme to maneuver through the defense. Mexilhão F. C.'s Ronaldinho Romero came free and shot a quick shot against goal 74 minutes in the game, fortunately Inocencio Veronica had problems saving as it came toward the left post. C.'s Arvin Larsson got a free kick in the 80th minute.
