Uriel Isias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilvan Sanches having to make a save. Gilvan Sanches made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Uriel Isias sent off a good shot on target. Uriel Isias might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilvan Sanches. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uriel Isias ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches got control of the ball when Uriel Isias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lázaro Colon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jessie Pinkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jessie Pinkman came free, but Lázaro Colon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Isias got free with Gilvan Sanches in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's Uriel Isias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilvan Sanches narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches got control of the ball when Uriel Isias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juniors FC were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Green Squad FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wlodzimierz Lepper took the corner. Juniors FC's Wlodzimierz Lepper was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gilvan Sanches in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Uriel Isias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilvan Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes Juniors FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Isac.

Wlodzimierz Lepper hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gilvan Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Isias in the 59th minute of the match. Uriel Isias might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilvan Sanches. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uriel Isias ran back to his position shaking his head. Gilvan Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Isias in the 62nd minute of play. Jessie Pinkman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Lázaro Colon made a huge save. Lázaro Colon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeu Cosme in the 72nd minute of the match. Juniors FC's Enrique Frasco was substituted for Uriel Isias. Juniors FC made a substitution. Jerzy Piszczor replaced Daniel Loi. Enrique Frasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th match minute, Green Squad FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeu Cosme to maneuver through the defense. Juniors FC's Nicanor Porfirio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Renato Messias in the 80 minute of the game. The supporters of Juniors FC booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonçalo Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juniors FC's Nicanor Porfirio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Renato Messias in the 82 minute of the game. Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Frasco in the 84th minute of play. Enrique Frasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilvan Sanches read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrique Frasco scored 1-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilvan Sanches, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Green Squad FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Juniors FC had won, even though Green Squad FC had held more of the ball.
