Salas Larrinzar went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Salas Larrinzar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pete Luna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A hard and well directed shot from Salas Larrinzar led 16 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Joga Hem FC's Pete Luna became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennvar Byth in the 22nd minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Zacarias Cabrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Torsten Gerdberg in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Azul Y Plomo's Salas Larrinzar. The supporters of Azul Y Plomo booed when Joga Hem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Gerdberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pete Luna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Bobis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Hector Bobis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Bennvar Byth made the kick off in the second half. Bennvar Toppinen hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Joga Hem FC's Pete Luna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Joga Hem FC from getting a goal against them. Tor Bern could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Pete Luna made a huge save. Pete Luna made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Nazario Arechavala sent off a good shot on target.
