Petre Dimofte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Bosch, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The corner was taken by Solustiano Blea in the 34th minute. It was a well-played corner which Daniel Golob managed to volley towards the net. In the 43rdth minute of the game Franco Bosch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thoona's Petre Dimofte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franco Bosch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berne Chant got free with Ermengol Baena in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Bosch in the 67th minute of play forced Thoona's goalkeeper Petre Dimofte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, Thoona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordon Barclay to maneuver through the defense. Petre Dimofte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franco Bosch went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►►'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
