Nicolae Ceaușescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Branco in the 10th minute of the match. If Marcel Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Gröhe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Rostow in the 24th minute of play. Matei Corona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Marcelo Gröhe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Marcel Branco put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nicolae Ceaușescu. Marcelo Gröhe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 胡峰阳 in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Arsenal de Gols F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aarne Mikkola was slow to take the kick. During this time Master Champion BMX Flat's players had a chance to rest. Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Branco in the 40th minute of play. If Tobiasz Rostow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Siqueira came free, but Nicolae Ceaușescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Master Champion BMX Flat's 胡峰阳 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tobiasz Rostow made the kick off in the second half. Marcel Branco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Nicolae Ceaușescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Tobiasz Rostow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sokol Gúlúbov hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matei Corona in the 67th minute of play forced Arsenal de Gols F.C's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Matei Corona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gröhe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Matei Corona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Gröhe was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Ye Liang was substituted for Marcel Branco. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Raimundo Alvarenga was substituted for João Bertassi. An unexpectedly hard shot by 胡峰阳 in the 80th minute of play forced Arsenal de Gols F.C's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ye Liang in the 89th minute of play. Marcelo Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobiasz Rostow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Master Champion BMX Flat fully deserved thier win.
