LA MAQUINA F.C's Laureano Niguel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save LA MAQUINA F.C from getting a goal against them. Maximiliano Matia hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Edison Cavani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Laureano Niguel made a huge save. Frontera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benigno Aresti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32ndth minute of the game Aquilino Dunixi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA MAQUINA F.C's Laureano Niguel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Angel Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Matia in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LA MAQUINA F.C's Angel Benet got a free kick in the 41st minute. Chiquinho Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Matia, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Frontera AFC's Edison Cavani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laureano Niguel. That made the score 2-1 after 45 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 53 played minutes LA MAQUINA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Ramos. A collision led to LA MAQUINA F.C getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Frontera AFC's Chiquinho Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Frontera AFC from getting a goal against them. Laureano Niguel came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Frontera AFC's Edison Cavani. But to his dismay, Edison Cavani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Severino Cucao struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Laureano Niguel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frontera AFC. Laureano Niguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Merentiel in the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Frontera AFC's Chiquinho Romero got control of the ball when Dalmacio Jeraldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. LA MAQUINA F.C were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Frontera AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dalmacio Jeraldo took the corner. After 85 played minutes LA MAQUINA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Matia. In the 91st minute, Frontera AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dalmacio Jeraldo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 96 minutes into the game, Frontera AFC's Edison Cavani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laureano Niguel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Frontera AFC had won after a very even match.
