Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thiago Gol took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, SCs StarS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Reitsema to maneuver through the defense. Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Andries in the 7th minute of the match. Dani Vassaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Gol in the 9th minute of play. Matthijs Ebbinge took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dani Vassaras. Dani Vassaras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 29 minutes, William Andries managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's supporters crossed their fingers, but William Andries was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jordy Dirks might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dani Vassaras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jordy Dirks ran back to his position shaking his head. Giles De Wortelaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Petr Čech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petr Čech was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and William Andries capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. William Andries really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a little luck, SCs StarS's Petr Čech got control of the ball when William Andries tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

SCs StarS made a substitution. Henk Zijden replaced Edgar Reitsema. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Andries stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Billy Goolen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dani Vassaras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thiago Gol in the 56th minute. SCs StarS's Petr Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Goolen in the 58th minute of play. ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Dani Vassaras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the SCs StarS defense, William Andries kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petr Čech. The SCs StarS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petr Čech should have stopped the shot. Jordy Dirks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Dani Vassaras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Billy Goolen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 minutes of play, SCs StarS's Jordy Dirks made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dani Vassaras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
