In the 12th minute of the match, Daniel Fribäck got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cleto Quirze was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Unikurdos United F.C.'s Daniel Fribäck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cleto Quirze. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Fribäck got free with Cleto Quirze in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Mauricio Bidari in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Unikurdos United F.C.'s Tartalo Bazquez. Cleto Quirze made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Daniel Fribäck sent off a good shot on target. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. CBA Nankatsu FC's Laureano Gagriel was substituted for Esteve Emenon. In the 78th minute Rojelio Carrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rojelio Carrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rojelio Carrera in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Unikurdos United F.C.'s goalkeeper Sesuldo Teijelo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Eneko in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sesuldo Teijelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oliver Tsubasa scored 2-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sesuldo Teijelo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Laureano Gagriel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cleto Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andoni Viso in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute Andoni Viso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rojelio Carrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CBA Nankatsu FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
