When Antonello Bellucci fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GiaSiRo 08's protests and gave Antonello Bellucci a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Antonello Bellucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elia Pietrantoni in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arrigo Masi saved GiaSiRo 08 from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Eurospeed Asti's Arrigo Masi threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elia Pietrantoni, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GiaSiRo 08's goalie prevented a goal. Eurospeed Asti were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after GiaSiRo 08's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fortunato Borromeo took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elia Pietrantoni in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arrigo Masi saved GiaSiRo 08 from getting behind. Elia Pietrantoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elia Pietrantoni had several of the GiaSiRo 08's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Arrigo Masi as he didn't even see the shot coming. Elia Pietrantoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grant Irø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arrigo Masi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. GiaSiRo 08's Arrigo Masi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save GiaSiRo 08 from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, GiaSiRo 08's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Pietrantoni came free, but Arrigo Masi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in GiaSiRo 08's zone, Iosif Gherase stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arrigo Masi came out of the goal and Iosif Gherase tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cosimo Costantini kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes, Eurospeed Asti's Fortunato Borromeo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arrigo Masi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eurospeed Asti reached it. When Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GiaSiRo 08's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Eurospeed Asti booed when GiaSiRo 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Marcolongo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elia Pietrantoni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arrigo Masi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Arrigo Masi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Borromeo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute, Fausto Pinti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Fausto Pinti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eurospeed Asti's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Pinti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arrigo Masi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fausto Pinti scored 5-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arrigo Masi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arrigo Masi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Pinti, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. GiaSiRo 08's Arrigo Masi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Pinti in the 68th minute of play. Damiano Battisti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Costantini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arrigo Masi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elia Pietrantoni went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute Fausto Pinti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Masi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Eurospeed Asti getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Antonello Tofani hit a great ball. Antonio Natalucci might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damiano Battisti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Natalucci ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Elia Pietrantoni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arrigo Masi was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. GiaSiRo 08's Arrigo Masi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arrigo Masi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Elia Pietrantoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Masi having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Flavio Locatelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Grant Irø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eurospeed Asti's supporters rose to their feet, but Grant Irø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arrigo Masi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Eurospeed Asti had played much better football throughout.
