Alvaro Sanna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 12 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Maximino Ticho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Concetto Rucci. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Wos in the 14th minute of play forced Sporting Club Sicilia's goalkeeper Alvaro Sanna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dariusz Wos scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Sanna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximino Ticho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Lampa in the 23rd minute of the match. Maximino Ticho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wit Lampa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Maximino Ticho made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Concetto De Nardis sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Dariusz Wos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Sanna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Sanna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Costa in the 36th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Cristos came free, but Maximino Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Maximino Ticho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Concetto Rucci. If Dariusz Wos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sporting Club Sicilia's Alvaro Sanna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Wos in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute Dariusz Wos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Sanna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

A collision led to Sporting Club Sicilia getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Yu Yi Fei hit a great ball. A.C. Patagonia made a substitution. Aldo Di Carlo replaced Dariusz Wos. Maximino Ticho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Rucci in the 62nd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto De Nardis came free, but Maximino Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Di Carlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when Sporting Club Sicilia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Cristos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Sanna made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Horea Boian sent off a good shot on target. Concetto Rucci struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Maximino Ticho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Club Sicilia. 80 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto De Nardis came free, but Maximino Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aldo Di Carlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 82nd minute of play forced Sporting Club Sicilia's goalkeeper Alvaro Sanna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Aldo Di Carlo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Sanna was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. A.C. A.C. Patagonia were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Sporting Club Sicilia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rui Costa took the corner. A.C. Patagonia's Rui Costa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alvaro Sanna in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A.C. Patagonia were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Sporting Club Sicilia's much stronger midfield.
