Alberigo Garofalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Juventus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ziemowit Kinic came free, but Eugenio Lorenzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Hüsamettin Civanmert dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eugenio Lorenzi, 2-0. Juventus F.C.'s Carlo Montanari was substituted for Amos Di Mascio. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
