Eloy Aznar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Eloy Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Imperio Académico were awarded a corner. Tymoteusz Lemiesz went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Tymoteusz Lemiesz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Esteban José Andrada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 25 played minutes Imperio Académico got a freekick which was hit by Rikard Albohm. Imperio Académico's Adrian Clis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Arixo in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Imperio Académico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yuan Lin Shi was slow to take the kick. During this time Guansa's players had a chance to rest. Yuan Lin Shi made a great header on Guansa's corner, it was just that Imperio Académico's Adrian Clis managed to reach the ball for a save. 34 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Vidal came free, but Esteban José Andrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eloy Aznar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Adrian Clis made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eloy Aznar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Esteban José Andrada made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ismael Jerrold sent off a good shot on target. In the 53rd match minute, Imperio Académico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Lemiesz to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute Luciano Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban José Andrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Imperio Académico's Amador Igon was substituted for Luciano Vidal. Leon Lobo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Adrian Clis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Aznar in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, Guansa's Esteban José Andrada got control of the ball when Hilario Tab tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Imperio Académico getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Roque Lehen hit a great ball. Adrian Clis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Sandalio in the 70th minute of the match. Leon Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Aaron Sandalio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Imperio Académico getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jesus Quiroga hit a great ball. Jesus Quiroga kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Imperio Académico made a substitution. Alejandro Otsoa replaced Ismael Jerrold. In the 77th minute, Jesus Quiroga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Guansa players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
