In the 84th match minute, Imperio Académico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Quiroga to maneuver through the defense. Jesus Quiroga hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Adrian Clis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Răzvan Necula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Clis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Răzvan Necula's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrian Clis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute of the match, Răzvan Necula got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adrian Clis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 97thth minute of the game Răzvan Necula who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Imperio Académico's Adrian Clis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Imperio Académico defense, Răzvan Necula kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Clis. The Imperio Académico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Clis should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Soroca F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
