Serafino Cisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mikelar in the 9th minute of play. Segundo Monte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Belo having to interfere. Enrique Belo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Valiente, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Serafino Cisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Udalaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 played minutes Errecaborda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Mikelar. In the 18th minute of the match Jose Katia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Belo skillfully saved the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Union's goalkeeper Serafino Cisco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teo Iigo. Segundo Monte hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Isidro Erramu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Teo Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Cisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Ursino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Errecaborda AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 42nd minute of the match Orlando Martinez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Belo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Errecaborda AFC's Enrique Belo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Monte in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Monte to make the kick off. After 52 minutes Club Atletico Union's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonatan Ursino who took care of the corner kick. Jonatan Ursino made a great header on Errecaborda AFC's corner, it was just that Club Atletico Union's Serafino Cisco managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benigno Mambru in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafino Cisco saved Club Atletico Union from getting behind. The Errecaborda AFC fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Errecaborda AFC's Benigno Mambru looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Serafino Cisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mikelar in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Nalo in the 58th minute of play forced Club Atletico Union's goalkeeper Serafino Cisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafino Cisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mikelar, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Union's Cirilo Kelemen got a free kick in the 65th minute. The referee showed Jonatan Ursino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jonatan Ursino hit a great ball. Segundo Monte struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Enrique Belo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Union. Club Atletico Union's Orlando Martinez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Enrique Belo but with some difficulty. Errecaborda AFC's Enrique Belo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Errecaborda AFC from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, Jonatan Ursino notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Club Atletico Union's Serafino Cisco. Serafino Cisco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mikelar in the 82nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Union's goalkeeper Serafino Cisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Ignacio Mikelar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Errecaborda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 90 minutes into the game, Errecaborda AFC's Rolando Udalaitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafino Cisco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Enrique Belo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Valiente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Iigo scored 5-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafino Cisco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Errecaborda AFC had played much better football throughout.
