Eustratios Kapetanoglou hit a great ball. In the 20th match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir Dracena to maneuver through the defense. Dedê Freire was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Dedê Freire got a free kick in the 24th minute. Nikos Manousakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Cruz in the 30th minute. Zé Rocha took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nikos Manousakis. Nikos Manousakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Cruz was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thrasivoulos Katsiaros in the 65th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Otávio Coutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Thrasivoulos Katsiaros took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Otávio Coutinho to make any attempt to save it. Alexandre Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Nikos Manousakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in PicksBattle.com's zone, Zé Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikos Manousakis came out of the goal and Zé Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Alexandre Sabóia fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Futbol Club RRFV's protests and gave Alexandre Sabóia a yellow card for diving instead. Alexandre Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes PicksBattle.com got a freekick which was hit by Loukas Papoutsakos. Egídio Dracena hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Futbol Club RRFV's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
