Radomil Redisz might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nichifor Feroiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radomil Redisz ran back to his position shaking his head. Nichifor Feroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Redisz in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute Radomil Redisz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Feroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fc Otelul Galati's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Radomil Redisz scored to the left of an out of position Nichifor Feroiu, making the score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radomil Redisz got free with Nichifor Feroiu in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Radomil Redisz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nichifor Feroiu. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. In the 17th minute, Luca Barbosu had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 17 minutes, Florin Gaciu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC MCM and the Fc Otelul Galati players grew even worse after the yellow card. Florin Gaciu kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When FC MCM's Radomil Redisz in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. That made the score 3-0 after 23 minutes of play. 30 minutes into the match, FC MCM's Radomil Redisz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nichifor Feroiu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute of the match, Radomil Redisz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nichifor Feroiu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Fc Otelul Galati getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Basarab Chelbea hit a great ball. In the 46th minute Radomil Redisz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Feroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The wind increased when Lars Schuster made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes FC MCM got a freekick which was hit by Allan Clementsson. In the 55th minute Elodio Ghinescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Feroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mircea Bodiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Radomil Redisz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC MCM's Bogdan Agusoaei was substituted for Florin Gaciu. In the 62nd minute, Bogdan Agusoaei made a precise shot to the right of Nichifor Feroiu. Fc Otelul Galati's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Bogdan Agusoaei scored 6-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nichifor Feroiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Radomil Redisz put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nichifor Feroiu. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Otelul Galati's zone, Bogdan Agusoaei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nichifor Feroiu came out of the goal and Bogdan Agusoaei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bogdan Agusoaei scored 8-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nichifor Feroiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Basarab Chelbea in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC MCM's Mugur Jupâneanu. In the 84th minute, Radomil Redisz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the game, FC MCM's Bogdan Agusoaei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nichifor Feroiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Fc Otelul Galati's Nichifor Feroiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Redisz in the 92nd minute of play. FC MCM's Mircea Bodiu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Basarab Chelbea in the 93 minute of the game. 96 minutes into the match, Bogdan Agusoaei notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Fc Otelul Galati's Nichifor Feroiu. Nichifor Feroiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC MCM fully deserved thier win.
