Tomás Ravelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per-Olof Björklund in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Ludvig Västberg notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Skövde AIK's Tomás Ravelli. Tomás Ravelli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 10 minutes on the clock, Kennet Åberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 12th minute, Henrik Wennerquist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skövde AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, Koffe Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Brolin came free, but Leo Örtlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Thomas Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Skövde AIK's Stefan Nordström got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 24 played minutes Skövde AIK got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Nordström. In the 27th minute of the match Koffe Boys got a corner. Skövde AIK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fredric Jonasson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Skövde AIK's goalie and right to Elliot Bållström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Skövde AIK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 31st minute, Fredric Jonasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Ove Eklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Tomás Ravelli made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Koffe Boys's Per-Olof Björklund got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Koffe Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Rosendahl came free, but Leo Örtlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Tomás Ravelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Ove Eklund. Jan-Ove Eklund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tomás Ravelli came out and tried to block the shot, but Jan-Ove Eklund slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

59 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Ove Eklund came free, but Tomás Ravelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skövde AIK's Tomás Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvig Västberg in the 66th minute of play. Leo Örtlund made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Eric Rosendahl sent off a good shot on target. 71 minutes into the match, Koffe Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Brolin came free, but Leo Örtlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Ravelli came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Koffe Boys's Jan-Ove Eklund. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Eklund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thomas Brolin during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Thomas Brolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Eric Rosendahl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skövde AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Ove Eklund in the 87th minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Tomás Ravelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredric Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Koffe Boys's Fredric Jonasson got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Lennart Wester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Örtlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koffe Boys's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
