Eric Gallin charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eric Gallin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arne Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Svartengren in the 30th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Greger Linqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sävedalen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peace Home Street Boys the free kick. If Michael Fastesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Svartengren took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Åkesson. Arne Åkesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half Peace Home Street Boys were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roy Danielsson was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Peace Home Street Boys booed when Sävedalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenny Nord didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Svartengren got free with Arne Åkesson in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aaron Svartengren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Arne Åkesson made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Tingberg during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Sävedalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Tingberg to maneuver through the defense. After 69 minutes of play Peace Home Street Boys's Eric Gallin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With a little luck, Sävedalen's Arne Åkesson got control of the ball when Lennart Nordmark tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sävedalen's zone, Mathias Granström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Åkesson came out of the goal and Mathias Granström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Greger Linqvist got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Peace Home Street Boys's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kaj Högberg in the 87th minute. Mathias Granström was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Peace Home Street Boys's Mathias Granström got a free kick in the 94th minute. Henric Lundgren struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Johnny Eskilsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sävedalen. When the final whistle sounded Peace Home Street Boys left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sävedalen.
