Ross Buchanan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 柯国风, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, Virgilio Molina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

In the 51st match minute, San Antonio HotSPURS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caleb Roberts to maneuver through the defense. Simon Stover took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Máté Galambos. Máté Galambos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. San Antonio HotSPURS were victorious despite being under pressure from Boca Juniors for much of the match.
