Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Miroslav Klose kicked off to start the match. Miroslav Klose took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignatius Casasola. Ignatius Casasola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Augusto Bomba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Balsemão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Miroslav Klose ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignatius Casasola was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 15th minute, Abel Lameirinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, Cláudio Balsemão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Augusto Bomba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Leizarraga to maneuver through the defense. When Miroslav Klose came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslav Klose couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute, Angel Edorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albano Leizarraga hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Miroslav Klose sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignatius Casasola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Miroslav Klose blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignatius Casasola having to make a save. Augusto Bomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Leizarraga in the 37th minute of play. Miroslav Klose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ignatius Casasola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, José Guimarães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garanhão do SUL the free kick. After a rather tough play, QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s José Guimarães got a free kick in the 41st minute.

The wind increased when Cláudio Balsemão made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Garanhão do SUL booed when QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miroslav Klose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatius Casasola having to interfere. Garanhão do SUL's António Gama was substituted for André Roriz. After 74 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by António Gama. In the 81st minute, António Gama reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Augusto Bomba. The goal made the score 3-2. After 85 minutes, Miroslav Klose made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hermes Soveral hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Angel Edorta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Augusto Bomba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
