With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herygh Prunty in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brian Lambert saved Lisburn Distillery F.C. from getting behind. St. James Gate F.C.'s Todd Murphy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save St. James Gate F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Billy Booth ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Todd Murphy.
