In the 6th minute Derrick Osborne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoheir Chadl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abd al-Asis Lacen in the 7th minute of play forced Marshrose's goalkeeper Marcus Lind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tayeb Drioueche's late challenge caught a Marshrose's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Norbert Garland came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Marshrose fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Garland couldn't finish the play. After 30 minutes of play, Marshrose's Norbert Garland made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zoheir Chadl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bouzid Bentifour's late challenge caught a Marshrose's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After 41 minutes of play Adab FC's Bouzid Bentifour was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 45th minute, Ahmed Tahar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zoheir Chadl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerold Hooper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abd al-Asis Lacen charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abd al-Asis Lacen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abd al-Asis Lacen kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Marshrose were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abd al-Asis Lacen to make the kick off. Adab FC's Tayeb Drioueche got his second yellow card of the match in the 51st minute. The referee ordered Tayeb Drioueche off the ground. Adab FC's Zoheir Chadl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Adab FC from getting a goal against them. Marshrose's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Norbert Garland in the 54th minute. Charles Griggs made a great header on Marshrose's corner, it was just that Adab FC's Zoheir Chadl managed to reach the ball for a save. Abd al-Asis Lacen kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Zoheir Chadl successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zoheir Chadl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zoheir Chadl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derrick Osborne in the 79th minute of the match. Zoheir Chadl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Garland's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Bouabdellah Fadhil Mohamed kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Marshrose's Jerold Hooper dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Zoheir Chadl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marion Moon in the 86th minute. After 86 played minutes Adab FC got a freekick which was hit by Bouabdellah Fadhil Mohamed. Abd al-Asis Lacen kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Adab FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Tahar to maneuver through the defense. Jerold Hooper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Zoheir Chadl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zoheir Chadl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Garland, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Marshrose's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
