PS Gunung Sindur's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafet Nesip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Joel Bertol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lamhot Paat, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Engkos Mandias during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of JEMBer UTara booed when PS Gunung Sindur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Engkos Mandias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the game, JEMBer UTara's Rafet Nesip nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Otong Karimudin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 57 minutes, Jagoan Kentill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JEMBer UTara and the PS Gunung Sindur players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Rafet Nesip's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otong Karimudin was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. JEMBer UTara had played much better football throughout.
