The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Potente came free, but Zacarias Erdiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Erdiano came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Magic is Back's Osvaldo Potente. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Potente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th minute, Osvaldo Potente left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magic is Back fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Cai Bing Cheng hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Jiang Jun Xiang shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emanuel Laurin but with some difficulty. Zacarias Erdiano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Potente's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute, Melchor Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Laurin came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Morel Rial. But to his dismay, Morel Rial quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Magic is Back's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristian Medina in the 27th minute. It was a well-played corner which Osvaldo Potente managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Magic is Back's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Morel Rial scored to the left of an out of position Emanuel Laurin, making the score, 2-2. With a little luck, Magic is Back's Emanuel Laurin got control of the ball when Erubiel Maura tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zacarias Erdiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Potente, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 36th match minute, Magic is Back was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cai Bing Cheng to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Morel Rial kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuel Laurin. That made the score 3-2 in the 46 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melchor Rey to make the kick off. Zacarias Erdiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldo Potente in the 51st minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Erubiel Maura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Maura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudio Marangoni hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Erubiel Maura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Laurin having to interfere. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB made a substitution. Rodrigo Mora replaced Morel Rial. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB made a substitution. Jaime Osoitz replaced Melchor Rey. After 69 minutes of play, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Aaron Mendiko made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Laurin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zacarias Erdiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubén-Darío Feldmann in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Magic is Back were awarded a corner. Gabi Batistuta went to the cornerflag to take it. Zacarias Erdiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabi Batistuta in the 78th minute. Emanuel Laurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Mendiko in the 82nd minute of play. Magic is Back's Emanuel Laurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Mora in the 83rd minute of play. Emanuel Laurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Froila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zacarias Erdiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Medina in the 92nd minute of play. Emanuel Laurin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Mora's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB fully deserved thier win.
