After 35 played minutes Tiburcio Salvatore could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 3-0 into the left cross. When Norberto Lucado fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored chacarita juniors's protests and gave Norberto Lucado a yellow card for diving instead. Zacarias Leoiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, chacarita juniors's Dionisio Matei got a free kick in the 71st minute. Las Momias F. C.'s Osvaldo Bilbo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for chacarita juniors. After a defensive mix-up in chacarita juniors's zone, Mauricio Gaitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Leoiar came out of the goal and Mauricio Gaitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Santos Bartuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las Momias F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Bartuelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Leoiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiburcio Salvatore scored 9-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Leoiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Tiburcio Salvatore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zacarias Leoiar was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Salvatore in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Leoiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes into the match, chacarita juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Gaitano came free, but Zacarias Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
