Hilario Aurre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Franja Dorada. Leonardo Paio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Xeneize F.C's Eloy Iruinea got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute, Patricio Abajas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hilario Aurre, passed just outside the right post. In the 13th minute Florentino Rito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Aurre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Franja Dorada booed when Xeneize F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Beliran didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Franja Dorada getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Urbano Sagrario hit a great ball. Siro Beliran kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Leonardo Paio might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hilario Aurre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonardo Paio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Urbano Sagrario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Aurre was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Eleuterio Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xeneize F.C's goalkeeper Hilario Aurre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urbano Sagrarios short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Hilario Aurre to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Urbano Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Adolfo Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xeneize F.C's protests and gave Adolfo Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Xeneize F.C's Adolfo Salvadore got a free kick in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Urbano Sagrario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilario Aurre. Xeneize F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urbano Sagrario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The audience was convinced that Isidro Cordeal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hilario Aurre was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Leonardo Paio put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hilario Aurre. Patricio Abajas succeeded in the game's 41st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. A collision led to Franja Dorada getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Benigno Rito hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pastor Cordera was the one to do the kick off. Patricio Abajas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xeneize F.C's goalkeeper Hilario Aurre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hilario Aurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Sagrario in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Xeneize F.C's zone, Urbano Sagrario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilario Aurre came out of the goal and Urbano Sagrario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Florentino Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franja Dorada's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Rito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Aurre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hilario Aurre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Urbano Sagrario's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd match minute, Xeneize F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Quirze to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Urbano Sagrario put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hilario Aurre. 68 minutes into the match, Xeneize F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Sagrario came free, but Hilario Aurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urbano Sagrario in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilario Aurre saved Xeneize F.C from getting behind. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Urbano Sagrario sped through Xeneize F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hilario Aurre. Patricio Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Aurre having to interfere. Franja Dorada made a substitution. Alfonso Palban replaced Urbano Sagrario. 83 minutes into the match, Alfonso Palban notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Xeneize F.C's Hilario Aurre. Hilario Aurre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 90 minutes into the game, Alfonso Palban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Hilario Aurre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Franja Dorada's Alfonso Palban got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patricio Abajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Hilario Aurre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Franja Dorada had played much better football throughout.
