After 7 minutes of play, KIRICOCHO FC's Placido Toro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramiro Nicholas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodosio Herena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martín Ibrahimovic took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Chesus. Alvaro Chesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Ibrahimovic, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Roberto Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 51 minutes, Celedonio Manilan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrilete Cósmico FC and the KIRICOCHO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
