Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Balesio got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the Corralito AFC defense, Francisco Balesio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sixto Foro. The Corralito AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixto Foro should have stopped the shot. 9 minutes into the game, Jacinto Frascuelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Merengue FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corralito AFC the free kick. The supporters of Corralito AFC booed when Merengue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Frascuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Rubio made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Edelmiro Loiola sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute, Eriberto Flor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merengue FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 17th minute, Gavino Cloyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodrigo Balasi hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Cloyo in the 23rd minute of play forced Merengue FC's goalkeeper Felix Rubio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Francisco Balesio notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Corralito AFC's Sixto Foro. Sixto Foro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Balesio in the 27th minute of play forced Corralito AFC's goalkeeper Sixto Foro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Alejandro Lluc sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixto Foro skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Sidro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felix Rubio. That made the score 2-3 in the 38 minute of play. A collision led to Corralito AFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Amadeo Txindoki hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Sidro was the one to do the kick off. Francisco Balesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Merengue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Ruy came free, but Felix Rubio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Francisco Balesio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sixto Foro. Francisco Balesio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Sixto Foro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Balesio in the 64th minute of play. In the 69th minute Francisco Balesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Foro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixto Foro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Flor in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Merengue FC's Francisco Balesio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixto Foro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. Sixto Foro came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Merengue FC's Francisco Balesio. But to his dismay, Francisco Balesio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. Corralito AFC's Sixto Foro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Balesio in the 87th minute of play. A hard shot 89 in the game by Francisco Balesio from a close distance when the talented Sixto Foro managed to make a qualified save. Corralito AFC's players were relieved. 93 minutes into the match, Eriberto Flor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sixto Foro, 2-10. Felix Rubio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Sidro in the 96th minute of the match. The Merengue FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Merengue FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
