Florencio Librado started the match with the kick off. Ermegildo Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taci Argün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braulio Peru kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goalkeeper Franco Armani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Librado. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Tonete in the 13th minute of play. Florencio Librado scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franco Armani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ladislao Inko hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Braulio Peru dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Franco Armani, 2-0. Braulio Peru kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Tonete in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Matxin saved BAC Belgrano de Cba from getting behind. Ermegildo Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ermegildo Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taci Argün in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute of the match Club Atlético Magallanes got a corner. BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wilfredo Jakes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Wilfredo Jakes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin did a great save. In the 45th minute, Taci Argün made a precise shot to the right of Ermegildo Matxin. BAC Belgrano de Cba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Taci Argün to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Ermegildo Matxin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Taci Argün. Braulio Peru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Armani having to interfere. In the 55th minute Wilfredo Jakes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermegildo Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Jakes in the 61st minute of play. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Jakes in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68th minute Wilfredo Jakes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Braulio Breogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorenzo Tonete hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Florencio Librado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franco Armani. Club Atlético Magallanes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Librado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 80th match minute, BAC Belgrano de Cba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Librado to maneuver through the defense. If Braulio Peru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Magallanes's Tadeo Precioso got a free kick in the 84th minute. Braulio Peru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to BAC Belgrano de Cba getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ladislao Inko hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, one of Club Atlético Magallanes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atlético Magallanes. There was no doubt that BAC Belgrano de Cba were the better team. BAC Belgrano de Cba's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
