Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ángel Romero started the match with the kick off. When Celso Isusko fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Firmat Foot Ball Club's protests and gave Celso Isusko a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Celso Isusko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 played minutes Firmat Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Celso Isusko. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Jorge Rinaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Firmat Foot Ball Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Rinaldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Cambranes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Fabio Aurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th match minute, Firmat Foot Ball Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Urbasa to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pocho Lavezzi in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Faron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 minutes, Pocho Lavezzi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Firmat Foot Ball Club's Fausto Faron tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pocho Lavezzi in the 22nd minute of play forced Firmat Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Fausto Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pocho Lavezzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ángel Romero in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Pablo Elequemedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Horacio Maurin got a free kick in the 26th minute. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ángel Romero sped through Firmat Foot Ball Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fausto Faron. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Acevedo in the 30th minute of play forced ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's goalkeeper Hector Cambranes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Ariel Amor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perry Barrios scored 0-3 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Faron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Perry Barrios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fausto Faron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Faron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pocho Lavezzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Pocho Lavezzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Ángel Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After the first half ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albano Acevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Albano Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ángel Romero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fausto Faron came out and tried to block the shot, but Ángel Romero slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 58th minute. Fausto Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ángel Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alonzo Urbasa's late challenge caught a ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonzo Urbasa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Alonzo Urbasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes, ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's Perry Barrios shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fausto Faron came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ reached it. With a little luck, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Fausto Faron got control of the ball when Pocho Lavezzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Firmat Foot Ball Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Pocho Lavezzi scored to the left of an out of position Fausto Faron, making the score, 0-7. After 68 played minutes ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Bento. After recieving a nice pass, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Pablo Abadia tried to score from far away in the 69th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Celso Isusko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Faron was a little too slow when Pocho Lavezzi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-8. The supporters of Firmat Foot Ball Club booed when ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Amor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Firmat Foot Ball Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Ángel Romero scored to the left of an out of position Fausto Faron, making the score, 0-9. Ángel Romeros short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Fausto Faron to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
