In the 4th match minute, Blaugrana Stare Tychy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milosz Drzewucki to maneuver through the defense. Bernard Czeszejko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Bochinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Zalesie Górne's Wit Bochinski got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Slawomir Augustyn during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Zalesie Górne booed when Blaugrana Stare Tychy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slawomir Augustyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Ulryk Duszenski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugeniusz Karwowski hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Wit Bochinski came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the FC Zalesie Górne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wit Bochinski couldn't finish the play. Wit Bochinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Czeszejko having to interfere. Jan Kaznocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Leper having to interfere. A collision led to Blaugrana Stare Tychy getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Wiktor Jakisz hit a great ball. Bogumil Kaczorowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radowit Leper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Bogumil Kaczorowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Leper having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bogumil Kaczorowski was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Kazimierz in the 51st minute of play forced FC Zalesie Górne's goalkeeper Radowit Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 52 minutes FC Zalesie Górne's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Kaznocha who took care of the corner kick. Blaugrana Stare Tychy's Jan Kaznocha was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Radowit Leper in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Konrad Fiszer managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Zalesie Górne's supporters rose to their feet, but Konrad Fiszer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Czeszejko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, FC Zalesie Górne's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Kaczorowski came free, but Radowit Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radowit Leper stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bogumil Kaczorowski's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute of the match Blaugrana Stare Tychy got a corner. FC Zalesie Górne's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Kaznocha ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Feliks Budzynski fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Zalesie Górne's protests and gave Feliks Budzynski a yellow card for diving instead. Feliks Budzynski kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Bernard Czeszejko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wit Bochinski's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Wit Bochinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bernard Czeszejko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Zalesie Górne were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
