The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ongile Abar in the 3rd minute of play forced Fútbol Club Insaar's goalkeeper Lehen Villamor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute Ongile Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lehen Villamor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lehen Villamor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ongile Abar in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pirmin Abancens in the 9th minute of play forced Fútbol Club Insaar's goalkeeper Lehen Villamor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Chuquisaca's Pirmin Abancens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lehen Villamor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Chuquisaca's Ongile Abar in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bilbo Usabiaga hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Fútbol Club Insaar's goal looked a bit too open when Jayvier Abadia came free, but Lehen Villamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernández Ermua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Nieva in the 27th minute of play. The corner led Fútbol Club Insaar's Bilbo Usabiaga to fire away a dangerous shot which Hernández Ermua despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 30 minutes Chuquisaca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Isaac Torres who took care of the corner kick. Hernández Ermua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Quin Villoldo in the 33rd minute. If Ongile Abar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lehen Villamor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ongile Abar in the 35th minute of the match. If Quin Villoldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Chuquisaca were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingos Guillelmus made a kick off. Hernández Ermua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quin Villoldo in the 56th minute of play. Chuquisaca's Hernández Ermua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Guillelmus in the 58th minute of play. If Ongile Abar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ongile Abar in the 62nd minute of play forced Fútbol Club Insaar's goalkeeper Lehen Villamor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, Chuquisaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fraco Abel to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Nieva in the 72nd minute of play forced Chuquisaca's goalkeeper Hernández Ermua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinei Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Isaac Torres struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Hernández Ermua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fútbol Club Insaar. Pirmin Abancens hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Ongile Abar came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Chuquisaca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ongile Abar couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pirmin Abancens got free with Lehen Villamor in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the game, Juan Nieva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fútbol Club Insaar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuquisaca the free kick. A collision led to Fútbol Club Insaar getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Lehen Villamor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ongile Abar, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Quin Villoldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fútbol Club Insaar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quin Villoldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pirmin Abancens took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lehen Villamor. Lehen Villamor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The Fútbol Club Insaar manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Chuquisaca to win.
