Atlético Maravilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vodka Stars 1949 the free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Curcio Alonso couldn't finish the play. Cloyo Nafría made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Amorebieta in the 37th minute of play. Cloyo Nafría showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakes Justo in the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Jakes Justo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vodka Stars 1949 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Curcio Alonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cloyo Nafría. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Curcio Alonso ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, Curcio Alonso notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Atlético Maravilla's Cloyo Nafría. Cloyo Nafría was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jakes Justo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Cloyo Nafría skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 86th minute, Vodka Stars 1949's Hugo Mera dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Cloyo Nafría made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Jakes Justo sent off a good shot on target. Cloyo Nafría showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Alonso in the 92nd minute of the match. Xuaco Barro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Mera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cloyo Nafría having to make a save. A collision led to Vodka Stars 1949 getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Fran Cartagena hit a great ball.
