The C.F Intercity fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when C.F Intercity's Galindo Macho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 15 minutes into the match, C.F Intercity's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Baggio came free, but Herminio Carrasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siniša Mihajlović's late challenge caught a Boomer Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. C.F Intercity's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boomer Fc the free kick. After having played for 56 minutes, Róbert Baggio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boomer Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Róbert Baggio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Galindo Macho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrosko Flores was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 67 minutes into the match, Boomer Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Espiridion Litago came free, but Arrosko Flores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.F Intercity's Herminio Carrasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charro Camino in the 69th minute of play. Galindo Macho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Landolfo Andres received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal.
