Psiu!'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Valdivia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Uoti Santala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Dantas in the 12th minute of play. Jorge Valdivia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Munhoz having to interfere. Arthur dos Santos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Chico Santana, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. José Munhoz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Valdivia's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Joel Napier put in a rough tackle. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Psiu!. Chico Santana stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Uoti Santala. 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anderson Ortiz to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Cristiano Schmidt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Psiu!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO the free kick. Anderson Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uoti Santala having to interfere. The supporters of FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO booed when Psiu! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valério Alves hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Psiu!'s zone, Wellington Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Munhoz came out of the goal and Wellington Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 68 minutes, Jorge Valdivia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO and the Psiu! players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Jorge Valdivia got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a little luck, FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO's Uoti Santala got control of the ball when Anderson Ortiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th match minute, FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Veiga to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute of the match, Anderson Ortiz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Uoti Santala was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 89th minute, Jonathan Trevisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chico Santana got free with Uoti Santala in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Deilmison Robben's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uoti Santala was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. A collision led to FC VERDE-AMARELO PORCO getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Sebastião Moraes hit a great ball. Psiu!'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
