Alexandros Pantazakos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacinto Figueiredo came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexandros Pantazakos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Nildo Lira made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Figueiredo. Villa Verde FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Jacinto Figueiredo came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by New Loser FC's Alexandros Pantazakos. But to his dismay, Alexandros Pantazakos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Jacinto Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nildo Lira, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandros Pantazakos got free with Jacinto Figueiredo in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudinei Duarte during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 38 played minutes Villa Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Duarte. When New Loser FC's Alexandros Pantazakos in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute Alexandros Pantazakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Nildo Lira notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Villa Verde FC's Jacinto Figueiredo.
