The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas De la Cruz got free with Cícero Branco in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th match minute, New Joinville - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo to maneuver through the defense. Callegari's Cícero Branco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Callegari from getting a goal against them. After 39 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Moraes. The crowd rose to their feet as Nicolas De la Cruz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cícero Branco. That made the score 3-1 in the 44 minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oswaldo Breckenfeld to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas De la Cruz in the 53rd minute of play forced Callegari's goalkeeper Cícero Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Callegari's Frederico Moraes got a free kick in the 54th minute. Alessandro Cearense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cícero Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas De la Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cícero Branco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. New Joinville - FSCMZ made a substitution. Chiquinho de Amorim replaced Xandinho Thuram. New Joinville - FSCMZ made a substitution. Ronaldo Viana replaced Válbson Schmidt.
