Baltazar Paraibano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Betão de Amaral firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 4th minute of the match UPTEXTIL.COM got a corner. S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rodolfo Tande ran over to the corner to take the kick. Baltazar Paraibano was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 6th match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Elias Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Rodolfo Tande took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão de Amaral. Betão de Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Olavo Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olavo Alves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Olavo Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Betão de Amaral made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Baltazar Paraibano sent off a good shot on target. S.E. Cachoeirinha's Betão de Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save S.E. Cachoeirinha from getting a goal against them. UPTEXTIL.COM's Thiago Furtado managed to work through S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Thiago Furtado dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a little luck, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Betão de Amaral got control of the ball when Baltazar Paraibano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dinei Proença kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to UPTEXTIL.COM getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Dorival Melo hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Moreira during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of UPTEXTIL.COM booed when S.E. Cachoeirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto Marinho came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to UPTEXTIL.COM getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Olavo Alves hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thiago Furtado made a kick off. UPTEXTIL.COM's Dedê Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Castro in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Recife to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes S.E. Cachoeirinha got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Moreira. 63 minutes into the match, UPTEXTIL.COM's Rodolfo Tande broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Víktor Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ediberto Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edinho Mello charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edinho Mello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th minute Baltazar Paraibano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Furtado came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Furtado in the 88th minute of play forced S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper Betão de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Thiago Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Betão de Amaral. S.E. Cachoeirinha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thiago Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. UPTEXTIL.COM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
