The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas França came free, but Sílvio Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Ekzema F.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Claudinei de Mendonça's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sílvio Cordeiro firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 19th minute Murilo Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renatinho Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renatinho Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético São Sebastião's Renatinho Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Paes in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Toscano in the 30th minute of play forced Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Koehler came free, but Sílvio Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Samuca Tróia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renatinho Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Paes succeeded in the game's 44th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. In the 52nd minute, Samuca Tróia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Koehler came free, but Sílvio Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Bueno got free with Renatinho Bastos in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Ekzema F.V.'s corner Duda Lago fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Renatinho Bastos quite easily take care of the ball. Murilo Paes charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Murilo Paes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Murilo Paes hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Duda Vidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ekzema F.V.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético São Sebastião the free kick. A collision led to Ekzema F.V. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Duda Vidal hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Koehler came free, but Sílvio Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcinho Koehler in the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Atlético São Sebastião's Guo Zhen Cheng got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ekzema F.V.'s Duda Lago shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Renatinho Bastos but with some difficulty. If Murilo Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sílvio Cordeiro came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético São Sebastião's Marcinho Koehler. But to his dismay, Marcinho Koehler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ekzema F.V. were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Atlético São Sebastião's much stronger midfield.
