The supporters of Buritama Sports booed when Barbie Doll United U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Sandrinho Massa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orlando Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráusio Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráusio Porto in the 24th minute of play. Wanderson Pena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlinhos Maciel in the 30th minute. When Buritama Sports's Jan-Ove Gustavsson in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barbie Doll United U23's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Paraíba in the 33rd minute of play forced Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Orlando Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Edgard Paraíba sped through Barbie Doll United U23's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orlando Barral. Orlando Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto Furlan in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráusio Porto in the 40th minute of play forced Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Orlando Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Barral came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Buritama Sports's Dráusio Porto. But to his dismay, Dráusio Porto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 45 minutes of play, Buritama Sports's Edgard Paraíba made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luciano Velloso made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Edgard Paraíba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buritama Sports fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 54th minute, Edgard Paraíba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Orlando Barral. The goal made the score 1-6. In the 56th minute, Dráusio Porto made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Barral. Barbie Doll United U23's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Paraíba in the 59th minute of play. After 60 minutes Barbie Doll United U23's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Celsinho Amorim who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Celsinho Amorim got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Orlando Barral quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Barbie Doll United U23's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Sandrinho Massa scored to the left of an out of position Orlando Barral, making the score, 1-8. In the 66thth minute of the game Luciano Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buritama Sports's Wanderson Pena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Sandrinho Massa notched a goal, 2-9, to the right of Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral. Orlando Barral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the match, Jan-Ove Gustavsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orlando Barral. Barbie Doll United U23's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan-Ove Gustavsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-10. After a rather tough play, Barbie Doll United U23's Luciano Velloso got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Buritama Sports's Edgard Paraíba ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Orlando Barral. Orlando Barral yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-11. Wanderson Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 93 minutes of play, Buritama Sports's Jan-Ove Gustavsson made it 2-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there!
