The Melbourne 007 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justo Baladi should have stopped the shot. Malcolm Mcvey struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Neville Peach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Melbourne 007. Neville Peach made an important save on a dangerous shot by Malcolm Mcvey in the 23rd minute. If Malcolm Mcvey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malcolm Mcvey in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Neville Peach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Malcolm Mcvey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Neville Peach made a huge save. In the 32nd match minute, Amputees FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dagan Eicke to maneuver through the defense. Justo Baladi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ed Mckinley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neville Peach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Mcvey in the 38th minute of play. Amputees FC's Neville Peach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Mcvey in the 39th minute of play. Melbourne 007's Justo Baladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carleton Howie in the 44th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Melbourne 007's goal looked a bit too open when Carleton Howie came free, but Justo Baladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Malcolm Mcvey to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Brandon Macinnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wincent Solecki's late challenge caught a Amputees FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wincent Solecki helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Melbourne 007 got a freekick which was hit by Wincent Solecki. 0-2 became the score in the 66th minute when Carleton Howie elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Melbourne 007's Justo Baladi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Melbourne 007 from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Amputees FC defense, Malcolm Mcvey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Neville Peach. The Amputees FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Neville Peach should have stopped the shot. Carleton Howie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Justo Baladi made a huge save. If Carleton Howie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joshua Mccormick hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Justo Baladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Gronow in the 94th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Melbourne 007's Eddie Rowdon got a free kick in the 96th minute. Amputees FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
