With a little luck, Ugonotti's Camillo Sciotto got control of the ball when Beppe Rivera tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Franco Mariano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camillo Sciotto. Ugonotti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Mariano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 41 minutes into the match, Ugonotti's goalkeeper Camillo Sciotto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franco Mariano. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th minute of the match, Enrico Sammartano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fedele Nardi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Camillo Sciotto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amedeo Fontanive went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After 68 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Ennio Pizzi. When Edmondo Cavaliere fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ugonotti's protests and gave Edmondo Cavaliere a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ugonotti's Edmondo Cavaliere got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Enrico Di Muzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Fedele Nardi made a huge save. Gladiator FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
