Pere Jordi Jofre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Elías Ulibarrigamboa made a huge save. Alifonso Apablaza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elías Ulibarrigamboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Alifonso Apablaza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Elías Ulibarrigamboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ from getting a goal against them. In the 9th match minute, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Slight to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Alifonso Apablaza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elías Ulibarrigamboa, 2-0. Anastasio Slight fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantin Ionaș having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Andolín Duvauchelle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cobresal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Elías Ulibarrigamboa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Renato Cesarini sent off a good shot on target. Anastasio Slight struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Constantin Ionaș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★. When Bartolomé Cáceres came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolomé Cáceres couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cobresal's Rainerio Barrientos got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Cobresal's Andolín Duvauchelle dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. 32 minutes into the match, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goalkeeper Elías Ulibarrigamboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Cesarini. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andolín Duvauchelle in the 33rd minute of play forced ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goalkeeper Elías Ulibarrigamboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alifonso Apablaza who took care of the corner kick. Alifonso Apablaza made a great header on Cobresal's corner, it was just that ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Elías Ulibarrigamboa managed to reach the ball for a save. Elías Ulibarrigamboa came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Cobresal's Andolín Duvauchelle. But to his dismay, Andolín Duvauchelle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Alifonso Apablaza had several of the ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 7-0 score and a disappointed Elías Ulibarrigamboa as he didn't even see the shot coming. 42 minutes into the match, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goalkeeper Elías Ulibarrigamboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Cesarini. In the 44th minute, Cobresal's Alifonso Apablaza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 9-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Andolín Duvauchelle made the kick off in the second half. Elías Ulibarrigamboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Cesarini, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Elías Ulibarrigamboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliano Armstrong in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andolín Duvauchelle in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elías Ulibarrigamboa saved ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ from getting behind. Renato Cesarini scored 10-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elías Ulibarrigamboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Renato Cesarini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elías Ulibarrigamboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andolín Duvauchelle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65th play minutes Andolín Duvauchelle shot 12-0, a short shot which went by Elías Ulibarrigamboa and just under the crossbar into goal. 68 minutes into the match, Renato Cesarini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elías Ulibarrigamboa. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renato Cesarini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. Alifonso Apablaza took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elías Ulibarrigamboa. Elías Ulibarrigamboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. Elías Ulibarrigamboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliano Armstrong, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Alifonso Apablaza took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elías Ulibarrigamboa. Elías Ulibarrigamboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. The Cobresal fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Cobresal's Alifonso Apablaza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 16-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cobresal made a substitution. Florín Sances replaced Alifonso Apablaza. In the 89th minute, Andolín Duvauchelle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elías Ulibarrigamboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 17-0. Elías Ulibarrigamboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florín Sances in the 92nd minute of the match. Elías Ulibarrigamboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Cesarini in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that Cobresal were the better team. Cobresal's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
