Victorio Fontaner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 11 minutes into the match, FC Anderlecht Huachipato's goalkeeper Serbülent Baysan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Smith. Victorio Fontaner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitaliy Fedchenko went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute Felix Txilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Fontaner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, FC Anderlecht Huachipato's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Lavín came free, but Serbülent Baysan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Vitaliy Fedchenko got a free kick in the 27th minute. Vicens Brzovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Serbülent Baysan made a huge save. Victorio Fontaner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Txilar in the 33rd minute of play. 33 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Felix Txilar fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 33 minutes of play, FC Anderlecht Huachipato's Vitaliy Fedchenko made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorio Fontaner was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to FC Anderlecht Huachipato getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Vitaliy Fedchenko hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the game, Toqui Fc's Vicens Brzovic nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serbülent Baysan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Serbülent Baysan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicens Brzovic in the 46th minute. Serbülent Baysan came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Toqui Fc's Roland Lavín. But to his dismay, Roland Lavín quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitaliy Fedchenko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the FC Anderlecht Huachipato defense, Roland Lavín kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serbülent Baysan. The FC Anderlecht Huachipato fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serbülent Baysan should have stopped the shot. Dennis-Sven Piater's late challenge caught a Toqui Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis-Sven Piater helped the player get up and apologised. Dennis-Sven Piater kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicens Brzovic in the 60th minute of play forced FC Anderlecht Huachipato's goalkeeper Serbülent Baysan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serbülent Baysan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicens Brzovic, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Serbülent Baysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rexino Botero in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baumar Ontanilla in the 95th minute of play forced Toqui Fc's goalkeeper Victorio Fontaner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toqui Fc were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Anderlecht Huachipato for a fine match.
