Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicolae Pădureanu kicked off to start the match. Aurelian Vârlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Pădureanu in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Grozuță in the 6th minute of play forced FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Denis Onaca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Minerul Baita -MM- getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Akim Miner hit a great ball. FC Maci -MM-'s Denis Onaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornel Mihai in the 10th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cosmin Bobeica in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Onaca saved FC Maci -MM- from getting behind. Denis Onaca didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nicolae Mandache shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to FC Maci -MM- getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Matei Angheloiu hit a great ball. After 19 minutes, Cornel Mihai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minerul Baita -MM- and the FC Maci -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cornel Mihai got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Maci -MM-'s Gelu Agârbiceanu got a free kick in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Cosmin Bobeica notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Maci -MM-'s Denis Onaca. Denis Onaca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the game, one of Minerul Baita -MM-:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Minerul Baita -MM-:s Aurelian Vârlan showed great skill when he stopped Luca Udurbac:s penalty. 40 minutes into the match, Fabian Grozuță had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Onaca. FC Maci -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Grozuță was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Nicolae Pădureanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Aurelian Vârlan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Grozuță in the 45th minute of play forced FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Denis Onaca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Onaca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolae Mandache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cosmin Bobeica to strike the kick off in the second half. Cornel Mihai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Maci -MM- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Minerul Baita -MM-. Tudor Hobjilă stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Denis Onaca. 1-4. Nicolae Mandache struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Denis Onaca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minerul Baita -MM-. With a little luck, FC Maci -MM-'s Denis Onaca got control of the ball when Cosmin Bobeica tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th minute Cosmin Bobeica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Onaca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolae Pădureanu in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelian Vârlan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cornel Mihai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelian Vârlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mircea Marian, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Aurelian Vârlan came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Maci -MM-'s Nicolae Pădureanu. But to his dismay, Nicolae Pădureanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Minerul Baita -MM- eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
