Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bart De Koq started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Purple Talents was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brecht De Wortelaer to maneuver through the defense. Natan Labrouche made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Bart De Koq sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Royal Antwerp F.C. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jerry Degraef hit a great ball. After 10 played minutes, Purple Talents's Brecht De Wortelaer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Natan Labrouche came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Purple Talents reached it. Natan Labrouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lieven Omblets in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bart De Koq got free with Natan Labrouche in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Claes in the 21st minute of play forced Royal Antwerp F.C.'s goalkeeper Natan Labrouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natan Labrouche didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 23rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The supporters of Royal Antwerp F.C. booed when Purple Talents was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cederique De Kepper didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Van Eede kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Natan Labrouche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddy Claes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Royal Antwerp F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Carel Tilemans scored to the left of an out of position Natan Labrouche, making the score, 2-0. Thibaud Theuniers took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natan Labrouche. Natan Labrouche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Thibaud Theuniers succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 43rd playminute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Henri-Xavier Imbereghs made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Van Eede in the 54th minute of play forced Purple Talents's goalkeeper Mattias Morreels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Royal Antwerp F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lieven Omblets came free, but Natan Labrouche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natan Labrouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart De Koq in the 58th minute of play. Natan Labrouche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lieven Omblets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Royal Antwerp F.C.'s Natan Labrouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Claes in the 61st minute of play. Lieven Omblets took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natan Labrouche. Natan Labrouche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 65 minutes into the game, Arthur-Maurits Steckens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Purple Talents's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Royal Antwerp F.C. the free kick. Arthur-Maurits Steckens hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to Royal Antwerp F.C. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Felix Van Eede hit a great ball. Natan Labrouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Claes, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Lieven Omblets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bart De Koq might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natan Labrouche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bart De Koq ran back to his position shaking his head. 77 minutes into the match, Lieven Omblets notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Royal Antwerp F.C.'s Natan Labrouche. Natan Labrouche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eddy Claes scored 8-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Natan Labrouche, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Natan Labrouche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddy Claes in the 89th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Purple Talents had played much better football throughout.
