After some careless play in the KV Schoonwater defense, Chambis Le Bastard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diederiek Gijselinckx. The KV Schoonwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diederiek Gijselinckx should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Kraig McAlphie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Draconia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Wim Theunis kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, FC Draconia's Freddy Olemans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diederiek Gijselinckx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 33 minutes into the match, Richmond Van Hoeyvelt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diederiek Gijselinckx. KV Schoonwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richmond Van Hoeyvelt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 41st minute, Christian Van Maestricht made a precise shot to the right of Diederiek Gijselinckx. KV Schoonwater's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Christian Van Maestricht got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gregorie Kloots stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diederiek Gijselinckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Van Maestricht in the 52nd minute of the match. FC Draconia made a substitution. Sebastien Rymenans replaced Camiel Creemers. A collision led to KV Schoonwater getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Reinard Persoons hit a great ball.
