The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Säfvahöjden's Mattias Albom got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Granström in the 15th minute of play forced Koffe Boys's goalkeeper Algot Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Håkan Petersson in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Algot Danielsson saved Koffe Boys from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Mattias Albom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Säfvahöjden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Van Schouten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Algot Danielsson having to make a save. If Mattias Albom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunnar Stålberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Nono Gol made a huge save. Säfvahöjden's Nono Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Vallengren in the 46th minute of play. The Koffe Boys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Säfvahöjden were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Håkan Petersson to strike the kick off in the second half. Säfvahöjden's Sigvard Ånger got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mattias Albom hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Algot Danielsson made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Håkan Petersson sent off a good shot on target. Håkan Petersson didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-4 via right post in the game's 60th minute. Säfvahöjden's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Holger Granström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Algot Danielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Algot Danielsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Van Schouten in the 66th minute of the match. Gunnar Stålberg kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. When Claes Bergren fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Koffe Boys's protests and gave Claes Bergren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Säfvahöjden booed when Koffe Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Bergren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 minutes of play, Säfvahöjden's Håkan Petersson made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Algot Danielsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the game, Säfvahöjden's Van Schouten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Algot Danielsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 79 minutes into the match, Koffe Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Van Schouten came free, but Algot Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Don Olofinjana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Igelström in the 84th minute of play forced Koffe Boys's goalkeeper Algot Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Håkan Petersson could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Algot Danielsson however easily saved by the left post. Håkan Petersson let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 92nd minute shot 0-8 at rihgt post. Algot Danielsson made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Håkan Petersson sent off a good shot on target. The Koffe Boys fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Säfvahöjden were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
