Gustaf Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Göransson in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Björkö BK's Malcolm Gustafsson got a free kick in the 7th minute. The supporters of Average Joes booed when Björkö BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Lägdin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Fredric Skytt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björkö BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredric Skytt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jack Westerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Jakob Lindholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Håkan Löfgren's late challenge caught a Björkö BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Håkan Löfgren helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Average Joes got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Löfgren. Gustaf Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Drewitz in the 24th minute of the match. Gustaf Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olle Drewitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaf Sundberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Göransson in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute Vilgot Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Sundberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olle Drewitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patric Ståhlberg in the 37th minute of play forced Björkö BK's goalkeeper Gustaf Sundberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Göransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustaf Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olle Drewitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Sundberg having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Jonas Göransson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Björkö BK's Gustaf Sundberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, André Lägdin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Björkö BK got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Gustafsson. A hard shot 75 in the game by Jakob Lindholm from a close distance when the talented Jack Westerberg managed to make a qualified save. Average Joes's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Average Joes's Vilgot Lund got a free kick in the 75th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Fredric Skytt advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Average Joes's goalkeeper Jack Westerberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakob Lindholm. Average Joes were furious when Håkan Löfgren was red carded, 85 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Average Joes getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Håkan Löfgren hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Björkö BK's Helge Hult got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 90th minute of the match Patric Ståhlberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustaf Sundberg skillfully saved the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Björkö BK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
